The VT-Vacuum Tumbler models are universal machines for salting, marinating, seasoning, mixing and dry salting for any kind of meat, poultry and seafood. The standard VT-Series are horizontally laying vacuum tumblers, built in our high quality, heavy duty standard. Available in sizes from 20 litres to 12’000 litres they are suited to all sizes of food factories processors .
