Manufactured from AISI 316 surgical-grade stainless steel enriched with titanium, these needles combine exceptional hardness with flexibility, so they flex without breaking and last far longer than traditional injector needles. Both the internal and external surfaces are electro-polished to an extremely smooth finish, reducing bacterial adhesion, minimising clogging and keeping brine flowing freely for consistent yield. A sharp, precise tip enters the tissue cleanly without tearing, leaving no unsightly holes in the finished product. Needles are available for all major injector brands and models, with a wide choice of tube diameters, wall thicknesses, and hole numbers and positions — and can be fully customised to your product and process.
