Suhner Brine Mixer SCBM
The Suhner Brine Mixer (SCBM) System is an efficient mixer that dissolves salt, additives and spices together with water in a special process without forming foam. All ingredients are simply loaded into the hopper and quickly mixed inside the tank by a pump that recirculates the brine. Once the desired mixture and temperature are reached, the finished brine is transferred to a storage tank or directly to the injector. The complete range is built entirely from stainless steel.
