Dohmeyer Cryogenic Screw Conveyor Freezer

The Dohmeyer Cryo Screw Freezer (CSF) has a compact, flexible design that can be customised to suit your process. The paddles within the injection zone are manufactured to suit the product and can be used with either liquid CO₂ or liquid nitrogen. The injectors are fed through a vacuum-insulated line with integrated safety valves, guaranteeing instant, closely controlled cooling that can be oriented for top or bottom injection. The screw itself is fully removable for cleaning and is fitted with rotation detection, coded sensors and boundary temperature control.
