With the Dohmeyer LIN Crown Hardening Unit you can stabilise decorations on cone, cup or swirl ice cream, ensuring the shape is maintained even with demanding sauces or sprinkles. The unit is compatible with all ice cream fillers. Constant access to liquid-phase nitrogen only — without gas bubbles — and a specially designed injection system provide total process control and a wide range of possibilities.
