PSS Vacuum Tumbler with Cooling

PSS VTC Vacuum Tumblers with Cooling are designed for fast, high-quality massage, mixing and salting of processed materials in a vacuum, with cooling to hold a constant temperature throughout. Working under vacuum, they ensure thorough mixing of raw materials, releasing natural adhesives and improving the bond in the product for solidity when the final product is cut — contributing to excellent taste and good structure. Product is loaded into a large-diameter drum that gives plenty of working space for movement, and specially designed massaging blades running at different speeds deliver a quality massage. The VTCs discharge rapidly and completely, leaving minimal product residue. Cooling is provided by a glycol circuit, with an external cooling unit available as an option.
