PSS Smoke Chambers
PSS SCH Smoke Chambers are designed for the food industry and meat processing operations, handling the manufacture of heat-processed meat and other food products. They greatly simplify work in meat production plants by allowing the complete heat treatment of smoked products in one production cycle — reddening, drying, smoking and cooking. Smoke chamber trucks, evenly filled with product, are pushed into the chamber, where a smooth transition of steam, smoke and air mixture passes through the trucks, ensuring steady flow and even temperature distribution throughout the chamber for high final product quality. A smoke generator and a moistening system (for humidity treatment) are part of the SCH, along with a cleaning system for thorough internal cleaning. Each chamber is designed and manufactured to customer requirements, with left- or right-hand door opening.
