PSS Microcutters

PSS Microcutters are designed for the finest cutting and subsequent emulsifying of material. Their construction is so specifically designed that they can be used not only for meat cutting but also for preparing pâtés, spreads and sauces of any kind, or for fruit and vegetable processing. They ensure a continual process of fine cutting and emulsifying, producing a structurally homogeneous mixture of excellent quality. The biggest advantage is the low-placed hopper for uncomplicated feeding; two cutting levels and high cutting speed ensure very fast processing. The outlet pipe rotates and changes position for smooth, rapid emptying, and a digital temperature sensor records material temperature during processing.
