The 362-series has been part of our product range for over 30 years, and this completely reshaped table-top model keeps pace with the times but still uses the same well-tried concept to skin a wide spectrum of fish products.
 
Model 362F:
Skins all kinds of flat fish including Halibut, Skate, Plaice, Sole, Haddock, Cod.
Model 362S:
Skins all kinds of fish fillets including: Cod, Carp, Grouper, Pike, Salmon, Squid, Tilapia.
