Colimatic OMEGA 800

The OMEGA 800 is an automatic flow-vacuum packaging machine. The process is divided into two main stages: packaging and vacuum. In the first phase the film is tubular-formed and longitudinally sealed around the product; in the second phase the vacuum and transversal sealing take place, with one side sealed outside the chamber and one side inside it. Changeovers from one package size or shape to another require no changes to the line, so the machine can run continuously — significantly reducing cost and time while increasing productivity.
