In partnership with Suhner we offer a range of  high quality brine mixers with capacities ranging from from 400 to 5000 litres, ideal for all sizes of fish processors.   For medium to high volume fish processors the Peruza fish brining and packing line is developed to dose brine and fish into plastic trays with, if required, the addition of spices and flavours to the fish.  Please contact us for more information.
